TranscribeGPT is an AI-powered audio transcription platform that converts audio files into text. The Service includes transcription, AI analysis, custom formatting, and export features.

3. User Accounts

By creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Payments

The Service requires a paid subscription to access transcription features.

• Main Plan: $15.99/month includes 320 minutes of transcription
• Top-Up: $10.00 minimum for 240 additional minutes
• Payments are processed securely through Peach Payments
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• Unused minutes from the monthly plan do not roll over
• Top-up minutes do not expire

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content without authorization
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use the Service for any fraudulent purpose
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission

7. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all audio files you upload and the resulting transcriptions. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your files for the purpose of providing transcription services.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED. TRANSCRIPTION ACCURACY MAY VARY BASED ON AUDIO QUALITY.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRANSCRIBEGPT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
